How Can severe Pain In The Knee And Back Be Treated?

I just got some blood work done and they said AST is 80 and ALT is 107. What does that mean I for 3 weeks had pain that started around my back on the right side, sort of around kidneys or highter, thenmoved to my right side flank, then moved to my right abdomen.. Made an appt and of course the pain went away.. I also had pain in my left behind the left side behind knee, calf and a bit of the upper thigh area during that time so much that it woke me up and I had a hard time walking upon awaking.

Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The pain in knee and back is not related to the raised enzyme levels. This can be related to osteoarthritic changes or poor body posture and muscle tone. Regular physiotherapy exercises can help.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Praveen Tayal, Orthopaedic Surgeon
